Consolidation
Multiple parcels can be consolidated into one title. We provide advice on how best to achieve this, prepare consolidation plans and make applications to council.

Amendment of Title Applications

– Locating visible services, pits and inverts.
– Road details including kerbs, line marking and footpaths.
Site Analysis Surveys
Providing information to Architects for design and town planning applications.
Typical information collected and presented in plan and digital format includes:
– Levels to Australian Height Datum (AHD).
– Contours.
– Location of buildings, structures and trees on the subject site.
– Showing areas of private open space.
– Locating building profiles and windows of neighbouring properties.
– Locating the heights and profiles of roofs, ridges, eaves, chimneys and parapet walls.
– Showing the setback of neighbouring buildings and further properties along the street.
– Providing photos of the surveyed properties.
Floor Area Surveys
We measure and prepare lease plans for shopping centres, retail strip shops, commercial offices, industrial buildings and residential apartments.
Lease areas are determined in accordance with the Property Council of Australia guidelines for:
– Gross Lettable Area – Retail (GLAR)
– Gross Lettable Area – (GLA)
– Net Lettable Area – (NLA)
